it is ready to create a Second Paragraph block
like I just did… asdfsdfl;k ;lk lkjs df;lk sjdflksa djf;lskdf j;lsadkf j;lasdkfj ;saldkf j;alsdkf ;alsdkf j;asldkf j;asldfk ja;sdlfk js;aldfk j
after holding down the shift key while pressing Enter a couple of times I add more carriage returns within the same Paragraph block
